The #FitnessFeedsPhilly 2020 series has come to a close. Thank you to all our instructors that volunteered their time and to all the participants that came out to sweat it out for a great cause! Together, we raised over $3,000+ for Philabundance to feed local Philadelphians in need!

Stacey Skilton has been practicing and studying yoga for over a decade. She has been teaching yoga for 9 years and in 2011 started SSP Yoga. Stacey has over 900 hours of training, with an emphasis on the Universal Principles of Alignment and Philosophy.
Janielle is the founder of Philly Hot Asana, a popular new Philadelphia yoga studio. As a Junior Olympic gymnast for 15 years, Janielle has found yoga have strengthening and healing effects that can change the body!
